Our services include:

TENANT SCREENING: A check is made of the potential tenant's credit, employment, and
past rental history. We also check public records for criminal background and evidence of evictions.

INSPECTIONS: Frequent drive-by inspections are made. Closer inspections are made if warranted.
•
NOTICES: Appropriate notices are served for tenant non-compliance including non-payment of rent and other lease violations.

MAINTENANCE: All maintenance is arranged and supervised by our management staff using independent contractors. If there are repairmen that you prefer, we will use them if available.

PAYABLES: If you desire, we can pay any or all monthly bills including mortgage, insurance, utilities, property tax and other contract payments.

ACCOUNTING: You are provided with a detailed monthly statement accounting for all income and disbursements.

ADVERTISING: All advertising is provided without additional cost (some commercial property accounts may have advertising expense).
