To Qualify : You must have verifiable income of at least three time the rental
amount; must have never been evicted or show any unpaid judgements from any
past landlord. A credit report that shows a clear pattern of not paying your bills
will disqualify you. A felony conviction that indicates that you may be a danger
to the property or the neighborhood will disqualify you.
Costs: With few exceptions, the cost to move in is an initial $30 application fee,
then one month's rent plus a security deposit equal to the rent plus $100 deposit
per pet (if the pet is approved). All deposits are fully refundable if all terms of the
lease/rental agreement are satisfied.

PET POLICY
Dogs known to be dangerous
(Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, etc) are prohibited. Cats are not allowed
in units with carpeting. No pets are allowed in most apartment buildings. Illegal exotic animals are prohibited. If permitted, you must pay an additional security deposit of $100 for each pet.
UTILITIES
In most cases you will be responsible for paying all utilities. The City of Needles handles electric, water, and trash pick-up. They will require a deposit before starting service. You can call the utilities office at (760) 326-5700
