To Qualify : You must have verifiable income of at least three time the rental
amount; must have never been evicted or show any unpaid judgements from any
past landlord. A credit report that shows a clear pattern of not paying your bills
will disqualify you. A felony conviction that indicates that you may be a danger
to the property or the neighborhood will disqualify you.
Costs: With few exceptions, the cost to move in is an initial $30 application fee,
then one month's rent plus a security deposit equal to the rent plus $100 deposit
per pet (if the pet is approved). All deposits are fully refundable if all terms of the
lease/rental agreement are satisfied.
